The Sunday Post #61 ~sharing blog news and book haul

The Sunday Post ~ 61st Edition
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
Hello my Caffeinated Peeps! I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. It has been quite hot and humid here so I've been spending time reading. *as if that surprises you* I also discovered that Monster makes coffee flavored drinks. Now I know some of you like to get your caffeine from those energry drinks, but I think the others taste like icky medicine. So a friend had one called Mean Bean and I took a chance and bought one..holy coffee flavored goodness! *Note do not crack one open at 11:30 at night no matter how much that cold drink calls to you* I was up till 3 am jabbering. My poor husband was like what are you on?
Last week on the blog we brought you

I usually drink like 7 cups of tea a day, my favourite teas are earl grey or fruit flavored teas. I also like caramel tea. Or hot chocolate, hot chocolate is perfect for cold days.

I can't wait to read your review of Imaginable. I still haven't had the time to read it. The other ones I don't know by name, but I always look forward to your reviews. Love your tips and tricks too. I haven't had the "pleasure" of receiving any fallout from a negative review yet, but I'm sure my time will come.

You got the mother load this week too! And a gift card? That's always nice!

I've never found a coffee energy drink that I liked, but maybe I'll give that one a try. Have an awesome week, Kim!

Great book haul! Love The Sullivans and I hope that you love From This Moment On too, and I think that series just gets better and better as it goes along. I got One Perfect Night last week and can't wait to read it. I got an invite for Uncharted and I'm hoping my copy comes through from NetGalley soon because I cannot wait to read that. Enjoy your books & have a great weekend!

Your little intro about the coffee you tried has me craving one of my own. I wasn't going to venture out on this rainy Sunday morning but I'm afraid the call of caffeine is too strong to resist! Thanks a lot Kimba! ;)

Ooh I can't have a lot of caffeine, but I remember those high caffeine energy drinks from being a teenager. They were so gross, but we all drank them! A coffee flavoured one would be yummy though. :-) Some interesting looking books this week... and a B&N gift card! That was so nice of them :-) Have a lovely week!

YAY for another Blogger Tips and Tricks post! I love those. Also, I didn't comment on it, but I loved your DNF post. I struggle with DNFing...not so much because I can't complete something, but most of the time I have a hard time putting into words for the publisher what I'm struggling with. I'll work on it. Got two at least right now that I need to find a way to DNF. AH! Thanks for the boost to find a way--I know I'll feel so much lighter when those two aren't hanging over my head.
